I have proofread and copy-edited millions of words over the years since I started my editorial business. I work with authors to ensure that their writing is clear and effective, without compromising on individual voice or style, and that text flows smoothly and is error free.
I have a number of regular clients and welcome the opportunity to work with new clients too.

Background
Before I set up my editorial business I worked in the post-16 education sector, as a college lecturer in business studies, in university course marketing and recruitment, and in adult and community education. I gained substantial experience of editing, proofreading and producing course prospectuses, brochures, academic research reports and articles.

I usually work in Word using Track Changes but can also mark up hard copy using traditional proofreading marks and returning work as hard copy or as scanned PDFs.
