Booking a course
New course dates are added to the website as soon as they are arranged, together with application forms for downloading. So check the Current training schedule for the latest information.
We ask for bookings to be made four to six weeks before the date on which a course is to run. There may well be places after that deadline, but occasionally we have to cancel a course for lack of numbers. It is distressing if several late enquiries are received that, had they been made earlier, would have ensured the viability of a now-cancelled course. So it is to everyone's benefit if places are booked in good time.
Applying for a course
If there is a course that you would like to attend – at any location – please send the following to SfEP Training, Erico House, 93-99 Upper Richmond Road, Putney,London SW15 2TG, tel: 020 8785 5617, email: training_enquiries@sfep.org.uk:
- an application form, which you can download as a PDF file from the Current training schedule
- a stamped, self-addressed envelope (DL size: 11 x 22 cm) for each course in which you are interested, writing the name of the course on the back of the envelope
- a cheque covering the course fee(s) – which are outlined on the Course fees page – made payable to the SfEP. Alternatively, you can pay by credit/debit card – see the application form.
You should also contact SfEP Training if you have a question about the way a course is run or about a venue.
Making a course happen
If you do not see a date for a course that you would like to take, please register your interest. To do this, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope (DL size: 11 x 22 cm) for each course that you would like to attend to:

Please write the name of the course you are interested in on the back of the envelope. A course will then be arranged as soon as it is clear that there is sufficient demand.
