I'm an experienced editor, writer and project manager, specialising in non-fiction. I often work with text in layout, and am a proficient user of InDesign for editing and proofreading.
I have been an editor since 1998, and come highly recommended. I work at every stage of the publishing process, from development and copy-editing to proofreading and localisation. Alongside my editorial business I also work as a mentor in copy-editing and proofreading for the SfEP.
I’m happy working on a wide range of subjects for a general readership, but some specialist areas include architecture, art and design, fashion and culture (especially East London and hipsters!), children's reference and cookery.
I also edit technical articles, specification notes and press releases, company websites and inflight magazines.

We never send anything to a client, or make a presentation, until it’s been seen by Liz. We have relied on Liz since 2012.

Liz is a highly capable, sensible, meticulous and efficient editor and I’m always confident that she’ll do a great job, whatever the task. She’s a reliable, safe pair of hands and a delight to work with.
