About the local group

The group was resurrected in the spring of 2016. Our meetings are informal and offer an opportunity for ‘old hands’ and those new to the business to chat about everything to do with editing and proofreading.

We aim to meet every three months, usually on a Thursday. Meetings will be held either online or in a variety of venues around the region in order to even out the travelling required. Any CIEP members who are visiting the Lake District will be very welcome to join us.
