Joining a forum group

CIEP forums consists of several core forums that are displayed by default to all registered members. A number of other specialist and local group forums exist as well. To access these, you must join the relevant forum group.
Joining a forum group
- Log in to CIEP forums.
- Next to Logged in as, click your name.
- In the left-hand panel, click View and join groups.
- Choose the group you'd like to join from the drop-down list.
Some group names are followed by a bracketed asterisk, meaning that a moderator has to approve your request to join the group.
- Click the Join button.
Once you have joined a group, its corresponding forum will appear as soon as you refresh the forum homepage.
Leaving a forum group
If you no longer wish to be part of a forum group (e.g. you have moved and no longer want to see a particular local group's forum), contact the group's moderator.
