SfEP suggested minimum freelance rates
Although the negotiation of fees is obviously a matter for the individual freelance and client to resolve, the SfEP does suggest minimum hourly rates as a starting point for negotiations. From 1 March 2010, these suggested minimum rates are:
NB: In the light of the continuing difficult economic climate, the council has decided not to revise the suggested SfEP minimum rates for 2010; they are the same as those for 2008 and 2009.
